Khan House LLC ("Khan House," "we," "us") respects the privacy of applicants, members, and visitors. This policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a California resident.

Information We Collect

We collect identifiers (name, email, phone, address), professional information (employer, affiliation), commercial information (dues payment records), and internet activity information (limited site analytics) in connection with membership administration, communications, and event management.

How We Use Information

We use information to administer membership, communicate with members and applicants, manage Club events and operations, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who support Club operations, and with regulators (including the City of Rancho Cordova) on reasonable request, as described in the Membership Agreement.

California Resident Rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions), and the right to opt out of any sale (we do not sell). To exercise these rights, contact office@khanhouse.org.

Children

Khan House membership is limited to adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
