Terms of Membership

The complete Khan House Membership Agreement is provided to applicants during the application process and to admitted members through the member portal. The summary below describes the standing terms of membership.

Nature of Membership

Membership in Khan House is a personal, non-transferable privilege granted at the discretion of Khan House LLC. It does not confer ownership, equity, or any property right in the Club, the facility, or Khan House LLC.

Members and Guests Only

Khan House is a private Club and Lodge. Access is reserved for members in good standing and their accompanied guests, in accordance with the Khan House Rules and guest policy.

Standards of the House

Members agree to the Khan House Code of Conduct, the Khan House Rules (including the alcohol-free policy), and the standards of dress and conduct described therein.

Dues

Annual dues are payable upon approval of an application and on each anniversary of admission. Dues are not refundable upon resignation or termination of membership.

Compliance with Law

All Khan House operations are subject to applicable City of Rancho Cordova, Sacramento County, State of California, and federal regulations. Membership does not exempt the member or Khan House from any such requirement.

Discretion

Khan House LLC reserves the discretion to admit, decline, suspend, or terminate membership in accordance with the Membership Agreement.
